Course description

Requirements for enrollment in training:
- Submission of personal data necessary to apply for qualification verification - name, surname, place of birth, pesel number, education,
- Granting a power of attorney to act on your behalf before the Office of Technical Inspection in the qualification proceedings referred to in Article 23 (1) of the Act of December 21, 2000 on Technical Inspection (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 667, as amended), with regard to:
- submitting an application for verification of qualifications,
- receiving information about the date of the qualification verification exam,
- receiving a detailed topic for the qualification verification exam,
- receiving the qualification certificate.
Valid identity document.
The obtained authorization to operate suspended and stationary mobile platforms is valid for 5 years. 3 months before the expiration date, you must apply to the Office of Technical Inspection for renewal of authorizations. If the application for renewal is not submitted by the deadline, the entitlements of the Office of Technical Inspection become invalid and you must retake the exam before the Board of the Office of Technical Inspection.
The cost for 1 person 1100 zł gross + the cost of the exam 268.33 zł gross + attorney fee 17 zł gross / person.
Training description:
Training for suspended and stationary mobile platforms prepares participants to work at heights with specialized equipment. The training includes both theoretical and practical parts, which allows for comprehensive preparation for the operation of these devices. Participants in the training will gain knowledge of legal regulations, safety rules and technical aspects of the operation of platforms. The training is completed with an exam before the UDT commission, which consists of theoretical and practical parts.
Training program:
1. theoretical part:
Discussion of legal regulations related to the operation of suspended and stationary mobile platforms.
Principles of safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
Technical operation and documentation of equipment.
2. Practical part:
Learning how to operate the Avanti Shark device.
Practical exercises on daily maintenance.
Training in performing maneuvers with the device.
The exam consists of two parts:
- A written exam on theoretical knowledge
- Practical exam during which the following are evaluated:
(a) part one - practical skills of daily maintenance of the device
b) part two - the skills of proper operation of the device.
The theoretical and practical examination will be held in accordance with the requirements of the UDT, and its positive passing is a condition for obtaining the authorization. Training is carried out on individual orders for groups of at least 5 people. The date of training will be determined after setting the date of the exam by UDT.

The training is dedicated to people who want to obtain authorization to operate suspended and stationary mobile platforms. It is especially recommended for construction workers, maintenance workers, technical operators and others responsible for the safe and efficient operation of these devices.

The aim of the training is to prepare participants to independently and safely operate suspended and stationary mobile platforms, as well as to successfully pass the UDT exam, which will allow to obtain the qualifications required by law.The training, also aims to increase the awareness of participants in the safe operation of equipment.
Qualifications obtained:
Upon completion of the training course and passing the exam, participants will obtain authorization to operate suspended and stationary mobile platforms, in accordance with UDT regulations.
Confirmation of course completion:
After successfully completing the training and passing the UDT exam, participants receive a qualification certificate issued by the Office of Technical Inspection, which confirms the authorizations obtained.
