Training Description
The training prepares participants to provide basic first aid in emergency situations such as injuries, accidents or cardiac arrest. During the training, participants will learn the basic principles of first aid, including assessing the condition of the victim, calling for help, cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques or the principles of dressing wounds. Practical exercises will consolidate the knowledge needed to take effective action in the first minutes after an incident, which can significantly increase the chances of survival of the victim or reduce the risk of complications.

On completion of the training, participants will be more confident and effective in responding to life and health emergencies. They will have acquired practical skills that can save lives and will have a better understanding of emergency procedures, enabling them to work more effectively with professional emergency services.
