Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Submission of personal data necessary for the application for qualification verification - name, surname, place of birth, pesel number, education,
- Granting a power of attorney to act on one's behalf before the Office of Technical Inspection in the qualification proceedings referred to in Article 23 (1) of the Act of December 21, 2000 on Technical Inspection (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 667, as amended), with respect to:
- submitting an application for verification of qualifications,
- receiving information about the date of the qualification verification exam,
- receiving a detailed topic for the qualification verification exam,
- receiving the qualification certificate.

What should the delegate bring?

Validity Extension
Qualifications obtained are valid for 10 years. Renewal of their validity requires re-taking the exam before the commission of the Office of Technical Inspection.

Description of training:

The training consists of a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, participants gain knowledge about the construction, principles of operation and safe operation of lift trucks. The practical part includes learning how to maneuver forklifts and perform various operational tasks under the supervision of a qualified instructor

Dedicated course:

The course is dedicated to people who want to become authorized to operate forklift trucks with mechanical lifting drive, excluding boom trucks and trucks with the operator lifted with the load.

Course objective:

The aim of the course is to prepare participants theoretically and practically for the qualification exam before the commission of the Office of Technical Inspection, which will allow them to obtain qualification certificates for operating lift trucks.

Qualifications obtained:

After completing the course and passing the exam, participants will receive a qualification certificate, which entitles them to operate lift trucks with mechanical lifting drive.

Confirmation of course completion:

Each participant who successfully completes the course and passes the exam before the commission of the Office of Technical Inspection will receive a qualification certificate confirming the acquired qualifications.

Occupational medicine conducted by our Center includes the prevention of occupational diseases for seafarers, wind turbine technicians, and other professions or specializations. The examinations will determine if the delegates have any health contraindications that would prevent them from performing tasks in a specified position.
