Validity Extension
The GWO Manual Handling Certificate (including Refresher) is valid for 2 years. Before the expiration date, the refresher course must be taken to keep the credentials valid.

Who is the Course Aimed At?

Individuals working in the onshore and offshore wind industry or related fields, particularly those who need to refresh their qualifications.

Training Description

This course provides basic knowledge of safe manual labor, particularly focusing on load handling, use of hand tools, and performing work in constrained positions, along with associated hazards. Participants will learn methods of dynamic risk assessment and apply these methods through simulation scenarios.

Course goal

The goal of this refresher course is to equip participants with knowledge and skills to work safely and responsibly in demanding environments. This includes the ability to identify and minimize risks, properly use personal protective equipment, and perform emergency procedures to protect themselves and their colleagues.

GWO Manual Handling Refresher (MHR) Certificate.

Confirmation of Course Completion

The training completion information will be entered as a new record in the GWO WINDA database. This allows employers to easily verify the credentials of their employees, helping to maintain high safety standards in the industry. Participants can also easily prove their qualifications globally without needing to carry paper certificates.
