The Boat Transfer certificate is valid for 2 years. Before the expiry date, the certificate must be renewed in order to maintain the validity of the acquired credentials.

The course is designed for those working in wind industry and offshore oil & gas industry.
Description of the course
The training covers the theoretical and practical aspects of boat transfer, with particular emphasis on safe embarkation and disembarkation from boats to wind turbines and other offshore vessels. Topics covered by the course include the principles of safety and technique when transferring by boat, communication procedures and coordination with the crew, emergency situations or the use of personal protective equipment.
Course Objective
The aim of the course is to provide the knowledge necessary to minimize the risk of injury and accident during transfers between vessels and wind turbines, which often take place in variable and difficult weather conditions.
Qualifications obtained
Upon completion of the training, participants will be fully prepared for safe boat transfers on wind farms and other offshore vessels.

The examinations will determine if the delegates have any health contraindications that would prevent them from performing tasks in a specified position.
