Health Certificate for Working at Height
Before coming to our Center, please remember:
- if you are employed on the basis of an employment contract or a contract of mandate, bring with you a referral for medical examinations issued by your employer
or
- if you run your own business, fill out the Application for preventive health care (you can complete this document at our place)
On the basis of general health and safety regulations, work at height is work performed at a height of at least 1 meter above the floor or ground level, and the place where we are located does not have appropriate barriers.
The following tests are required for the issuance of a health certificate, which we will perform on site:
1. EKG (The patient is required to shave the chest in order to prepare the skin for attaching the electrodes)
2. In all cases, we measure the level of glucose, so you should report to the test on an empty stomach, ie do not drink sweetened drinks, juices and do not eat min. 10-12 hours before the test.

To work on wind turbines for a health certificate, Chester Step is also often required.
