For blood draws, please come at 8:00 a.m. and make your appointment with the doctor after 2:00 p.m.
The price for a set of blood tests is 115.00 PLN and includes:
- Creatinine
- Morphology, ESR
- Glucose
- Liver function: GGTP and ALT
Other tests:
- General urine examination: Price - 20.00 PLN.
- Audiometry: Price - 80.00 PLN.
- ECG: Price - 55.00 PLN.
and:
- X-ray (NOT older than 18 months) - Price - PLN 80.00. (a) Teleradiodiagnosta, 2 Starzyńskiego Street, 70-506 Szczecin (second floor room 310).
If you use glasses, please bring them to the appointment. Do not wear contact lenses!
- 2 years (where the state of health does not permit the issuance of a certificate for a period of 2 years, the health certificate may be issued for a shorter period)
- In persons under 18 years of age for a period of 1 year.
- in persons over 50 years of age, where the state of health does not permit the issue of a certificate for a period of 2 years, the health certificate may be issued for a shorter period

Vulcan MedicalOccupational Medicine OfficeOccupational medicine conducted by our Center includes the prevention of occupational diseases for seafarers, wind turbine technicians, and other professions or specializations. The examinations will determine if the delegates have any health contraindications that would prevent them from performing tasks in a specified position.
