Basic info
Depending on your occupation, there are various dangerous factors for which you need additional examinations:
- electromagnetic fields- the patient must have a morphology and ECG before the visit
- dust- x-ray of the chest (for wood dust, additionally anterior rhinoscopy)
- business driver- examination of twilight vision and sensitivity to glare, glucose
- cold and hot microclimates- determination of blood glucose and creatinine levels
- chemical and biological factors- due to the large number of factors and additional tests, please contact us before your visit to determine what additional tests should be performed
- adverse psychosocial factors such as the dangers of a constant large supply of information, readiness to respond, from working in positions of decision-making and responsibility, from exposure to life- the patient must perform a lipidogram and an ECG
- work of screen monitors- medical examination and assessment of visual acuity
- work at height- fasting glucose, ECG
- noise- audiometry
- work involving the use of weapons - you need to perform a perimetry test, psychological consultation, psychiatric and ophthalmological consultation, assessment of twilight vision, additional examinations and specialized consultations indicated in the regulations on the use of weapons
- work in positions related to driving, training and examination of drivers- examination of perimetry, examination of twilight vision and sensitivity to glare, glucose
- examinations for future drivers of cat. C,D- ophthalmological consultation, examination of twilight vision and sensitivity to glare, psychological consultation
- tests for future drivers of cat A,B- glucose
It is worth remembering some important points:
- if you are employed under a contract of employment or a contract of mandate bring with you a referral for medical examination issued by your employer
or
- if you are self-employed, fill out an application for preventive health care coverage (this document can be filled out with us on site)
depending on the position occupied and the doctor's decision
As part of the provision of occupational medicine services, we carry out examinations for work certifications: initial, periodic and control.
Based on the results, the doctor issues a certificate of approval or contraindication to work in a particular position.

Vulcan MedicalOccupational Medicine OfficeOccupational medicine conducted by our Center includes the prevention of occupational diseases for seafarers, wind turbine technicians, and other professions or specializations. The examinations will determine if the delegates have any health contraindications that would prevent them from performing tasks in a specified position.
