For blood draws, please come at 8:00 a.m. and make your appointment with the doctor after 2:00 p.m.
The price for a set of blood tests is 135.00 PLN and includes:
- Creatinine
- Morphology, ESR
- Glucose
- Liver function, including gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGTP) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels.
Other tests: you can have them done on-site:
- General urine examination: Price - 20.00 PLN.
- Audiometry: Price - 80.00 PLN.
- ECG: Price - 50.00 PLN.
and:
- X-ray (once every two years) - Price - PLN 75.00. (a) Teleradiodiagnosta, 2 Starzyńskiego Street, 70-506 Szczecin (second floor room 310).
Schedule your appointment at Vulcan Medical well in advance, as your x-ray will be available after 2:00 pm on the day it is taken. If possible, have it done a day or several days earlier.
If you use glasses, please bring them to the appointment. Do not wear contact lenses!
- 2 years (where the state of health does not permit the issuance of a certificate for a period of 2 years, the health certificate may be issued for a shorter period)
- In persons under 18 years of age for a period of 1 year.
- in persons over 50 years of age, where the state of health does not permit the issue of a certificate for a period of 2 years, the health certificate may be issued for a shorter period

The Maritime Health Certificate for Seafarers is a necessary document for those who perform international voyages, inland voyages and seafarers working abroad on land. It is also required for students/students of maritime schools and candidates for seafarers.
The International Seafarer's Health Certificate is issued in the form of a medical certificate, signed by an authorized physician. It is a document that meets the requirements of the Maritime Labor Act of August 5, 2015 and the Decree of the Minister of Health of December 9, 2015 on the health conditions required for seafarers to work on a seagoing vessel.

Vulcan MedicalOccupational Medicine OfficeOccupational medicine conducted by our Center includes the prevention of occupational diseases for seafarers, wind turbine technicians, and other professions or specializations. The examinations will determine if the delegates have any health contraindications that would prevent them from performing tasks in a specified position.
