We are a leading provider of safety training. Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for an Instructor in the area of Slinger Signaller / Banksman / Rigger / Crane Hoist.

Job Description:
The instructor is responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical training in lifting operations and crane work, in accordance with GWO and OPITO standards. We are hiring for both specialized roles (covering one of the listed training areas) as well as for candidates qualified or interested in covering the full training package. If you do not yet have experience as a trainer, we offer full support in acquiring the necessary instructor certifications.

Full-time employment (40 hours per week). Start date: to be agreed upon.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver theoretical training on crane operations and load handling.

• Conduct hands-on practical sessions with training participants.

• Assess participant competencies in accordance with relevant standards.

• Contribute to the development and updating of training materials.

• Prepare training areas and ensure all equipment is ready for use.

• Support other training activities when needed.

Requirements:

• Documented professional experience in crane/lifting operations in roles such as banksman, slinger, rigger, or similar.
  Please note that instructor experience requirements may be assessed individually based on accrediting body standards.

Nice to Have:

• Valid OPITO certifications in Banksman or Rigger roles.

• Valid GWO certifications for Slinger Signaller or Crane Hoist.

• Adult learning or trainer certifications; assessor qualifications.

• UDT (Office of Technical Inspection) certification for crane, hoist, or winch operation.

• IQT / IQTX trainer qualifications.

• Valid GWO BST/BSTR certification, especially First Aid (FA) and Manual Handling (MH) modules.

• Communicative level of English.

• Monthly gross salary: PLN 8,000 – 11,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
