We are a leading provider of safety training. Due to our continuous growth, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Department Manager.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and well-organized professional to join our team as a Maintenance Department Manager, responsible for the overall technical functionality of our training center’s infrastructure. This role involves supervising all maintenance, servicing, and repair activities of equipment, machinery, and technical installations essential for the daily operations of our facility.
The scope of duties includes planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance work and repairs, as well as effectively managing the technical team. Full-time employment (40 hours/week). Start date: to be agreed upon.
Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and supervise maintenance activities and infrastructure management within the training center.

Monitor the technical condition of equipment, installations, and buildings.

Manage the technical team and collaborate with external service providers.

Implement and maintain maintenance and servicing procedures.

Respond to technical failures and coordinate repair work.

Maintain technical documentation and schedule regular inspections and repairs.

Plan and control maintenance costs; manage department budgets.

Participate in audits and prepare necessary documentation.

Cooperate with other company departments.
Requirements:

Experience in a similar maintenance/technical management role.

Strong organizational skills and experience managing a team.

Knowledge of technical equipment installation, operation, and maintenance.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Nice to Have:

Higher education (technical field).

Diving license or certification.
-
UDT (Office of Technical Inspection) qualification for filling portable tanks.

UDT qualification for operating stationary cranes, hoists, and winches (general and special-purpose).

Communicative level of English.

Experience or familiarity with GWO / OPITO / STCW training standards.
We Offer:

Full-time employment contract.

Monthly gross salary: PLN 8,000 – 13,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Workplace: Rumia, Pomeranian Voivodeship
(with a 6-month training period in Szczecin to prepare for full responsibilities).
