We are a leading provider of safety training. Due to our continuous growth, we are currently looking for a Lifeguard to join our team.

Job Description:
The lifeguard is a key member of the team responsible for ensuring the safety of training participants during practical water-based exercises at the pool. This role also involves supporting training operations and maintaining order and equipment readiness within the training environment.

Full-time position (40 hours per week). Start date: to be agreed upon.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the safety of all participants during pool-based training activities.

  • Provide emergency assistance in case of accidents or incidents.

  • Support instructors during practical training sessions.

  • Prepare training equipment and poolside areas before sessions.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the training facility.

  • Ensure the proper functioning and readiness of all equipment.

 

Requirements:

  • Valid lifeguard certification, either Polish or international (e.g., in accordance with Article 15a of the Polish Act of August 18, 2011, on the safety of persons staying in water areas).
    If you do not yet hold a valid certification – we offer support in obtaining it, including necessary theoretical and practical training and exams.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Diving certification.

  • UDT qualification to fill portable tanks.

  • UDT qualification to operate stationary cranes, hoists, and winches (general or special purpose).

  • Communicative level of English.

  • Experience or familiarity with GWO / OPITO / STCW training standards.

 

We Offer:

  • Full-time employment contract.

  • Monthly gross salary: PLN 6,000 – 9,500, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Workplace: Rumia, Pomeranian Voivodeship
    (with a 2-month training period in Szczecin to prepare for the role).
