We are a leading provider of safety training. Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for a GWO BST Instructor to join our team.

Job Description:
The GWO BST Instructor is responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training sessions in accordance with GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) standards. The training modules include Fire Awareness, Manual Handling, First Aid, Working at Heights, and Sea Survival / Offshore Transfers. This role requires good physical condition and the ability to work in demanding training environments such as water and height-based settings, always ensuring the safety of training participants.

If you do not yet have training experience, we offer full support in obtaining the required instructor qualifications. Full-time employment (40 hours per week). Start date: to be agreed upon.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver theoretical lessons in accordance with GWO BST standards.

• Conduct practical training exercises in various environments.

• Assess participants’ competencies in line with certification requirements.

• Contribute to the updating and development of training materials.

• Prepare training spaces and equipment before sessions.

• Support the delivery of other training courses as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 100 hours of documented experience in delivering training sessions.

Nice to Have:

• Communicative English skills.

• Professional experience working on onshore or offshore wind turbines.

• Fire safety qualifications (e.g., firefighter training, fire safety inspector).

• First aid qualifications (e.g., first aid instructor, paramedic, nurse).

• Qualifications in working at heights or rope access (e.g., IRATA, SPRAT, OTDL, FISAT, ITRA, KSRG).

• Health & Safety qualifications (e.g., senior HSE inspector, IOSH, NEBOSH).

• UDT certification for operating cranes, hoists, and winches.

• Valid GWO BST/BSTR, ART, or EFA certificates.

• Adult learning instructor or assessor qualifications.

• GWO IQT / IQTX certificate.

• Monthly gross salary: PLN 6,500 – 10,000, depending on experience and certifications.
