We are a leading provider of safety training. Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for a GWO ART / EFA Instructor to join our team.

Job Description:
The GWO ART / EFA Instructor is responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical training in advanced GWO modules, in accordance with international GWO standards. The training covers Advanced Rescue Training (ART) in wind turbine environments and Enhanced First Aid (EFA). The role requires physical fitness and the ability to work in demanding training settings, including confined spaces and at height, always maintaining strict safety standards for training participants.

We are hiring both instructors qualified in a single module and those capable of delivering the full ART/EFA package. If you do not yet have experience as a trainer, we provide individual support in obtaining the necessary instructor qualifications.

Full-time position (40 hours per week). Start date: to be agreed upon.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct theoretical lessons in line with GWO standards.

• Deliver practical training in ART and/or EFA modules.

• Assess participant competencies in accordance with certification requirements.

• Contribute to the development and regular updating of training materials.

• Prepare training equipment and environments.

• Support the delivery of additional training courses as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 100 hours of documented experience in delivering training sessions,
  AND

• Qualifications in first aid (e.g., first aid instructor, paramedic, nurse),
  OR

• Qualifications in working at height or rescue (e.g., IRATA, SPRAT, OTDL, FISAT, ITRA, KSRG).

Nice to Have:

• Communicative English skills.

• Professional experience in onshore or offshore wind turbine environments.

• Fire safety qualifications (e.g., OSP/PSP firefighter training).

• Health & Safety certifications (e.g., senior HSE inspector, IOSH, NEBOSH).

• UDT certification to operate cranes, hoists, and winches (general or specialized).

• Valid GWO certifications: BST/BSTR, ART, EFA.

• Qualifications in adult education or assessor certifications.

• GWO IQT / IQTX certification.

• Full-time employment contract.

• Monthly gross salary: PLN 6,500 – 11,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
