We are a leading provider of safety training. Due to our continuous growth, we are currently looking for a Diver to join our team.

Job Description:
We are looking for a certified diver to support operations in the pool area of our training center and assist the maintenance department with infrastructure servicing and equipment preparation for training. The ideal candidate combines physical fitness with basic technical skills and is ready to work in both aquatic and technical environments.

Full-time position (40 hours per week). Start date: to be agreed upon.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the diver during practical training sessions using the helicopter underwater escape simulator.

  • Support the instructor with the setup and organisation of the training space and equipment.

  • Cooperate with the maintenance team on basic technical tasks.

  • Help maintain the cleanliness and technical condition of the training pool.

  • Participate in inspections and service work conducted by external contractors.

  • Operate the helicopter underwater escape simulator.

 

Requirements:

  • Valid professional or recreational diving certification (e.g., CMAS, PADI, SSI, KDP, or equivalent; minimum level: Open Water Diver).

 

Nice to Have:

  • Willingness to perform physical work in aquatic and technical environments.

  • Basic technical and manual skills (especially experience in pool or industrial facilities).

  • Teamwork skills, independence, and a responsible attitude.

  • Good organization and task execution skills.

  • Lifeguard qualifications (e.g., WOPR certification).

  • Experience working at sports facilities, swimming pools, or in technical fields.

  • Knowledge of HSE rules and water safety procedures.

  • UDT certification for filling portable tanks.

  • UDT certification for operating stationary cranes, hoists, and winches (general or special purpose).

  • Communicative level of English.

  • Knowledge and/or experience with GWO / OPITO / STCW training standards.
