We are a leading provider of safety training. Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for an Advanced OPITO Instructor (HERTM / HERTL / OERTM / OERTL / HOIT).
Job Description:
The Advanced OPITO Instructor is responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training in accordance with OPITO standards, specifically for the following modules: HERTM, HERTL, OERTM, OERTL, and HOIT. These courses prepare participants for roles in helideck operations and emergency response teams on offshore platforms.
The role requires physical fitness and the ability to operate in challenging training environments, such as simulated smoke, use of breathing apparatus, and work at height—always with a strong focus on participant safety.
We are recruiting instructors for individual modules as well as candidates able to cover the full OPITO package. If you don’t yet have instructor experience, we offer tailored support to help you achieve the required qualifications.
Full-time position (40 hours/week)
Start date: To be agreed
Responsibilities:

Conduct theoretical sessions in line with OPITO standards.

Deliver practical training in simulated offshore environments.

Assess participant competencies in accordance with accreditation criteria.

Assist in developing and updating training content and materials.

Prepare training facilities and equipment for each session.

Support other safety courses as needed.
Requirements:

Communicative English proficiency
And -
Documented experience in fire and emergency response as a fire team leader or incident commander*
Accreditation requirements mean instructor experience is subject to individual evaluation during later recruitment stages
Or -
Documented experience in fire/emergency response as a fire team leader or incident commander, specifically in helicopter landing area firefighting operations*
Accreditation requirements mean instructor experience is subject to individual evaluation during later recruitment stages
Or -
Documented professional experience in offshore helicopter operations.*
Accreditation requirements mean instructor experience is subject to individual evaluation during later recruitment stages
And -
Qualifications in adult education or assessor certification

Valid Advanced Firefighting Certificate

Valid OPITO certificates for the listed courses (e.g. HERTM, OERTM, HOIT)

Monthly gross salary: PLN 7,000 – 10,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
