We are a leading provider of safety training. Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for an Advanced OPITO Instructor (AMA / ITSO / FRC Boatman / FRC Coxswain).

Job Description:
The Advanced OPITO Instructor is responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training in accordance with OPITO standards, specifically for the following modules: AMA, ITSO, FRC Boatman, and FRC Coxswain. These trainings focus on critical roles onboard ERRV vessels (Emergency Response and Rescue Vessels) in offshore oil and gas environments.

The role requires good physical fitness and the ability to work in demanding training conditions, including water-based and height-related environments, always with a strong focus on participant safety.

We are recruiting instructors for specific modules as well as candidates able to cover the full course package. If you don’t have prior training experience, we offer tailored support in obtaining the necessary qualifications. Full-time position (40 hours per week). Start date: to be agreed upon.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct theoretical sessions in line with OPITO standards.

• Deliver practical training in simulated and aquatic environments.

• Assess participants' competencies according to accreditation criteria.

• Assist in developing and updating training materials.

• Prepare training spaces and equipment before sessions.

• Support other training courses as needed.

Requirements:

• Communicative English language skills, spoken and written,
  and either

• Documented professional experience onboard ERRV vessels, including FRC launch/recovery and use of rescue equipment for casualty recovery,*
  or

• Documented professional experience as a paramedic, nurse, or physician (or equivalent), in pre-hospital settings with experience aboard ERRV vessels.

Accreditation bodies may assess instructor experience on a case-by-case basis depending on course requirements.

Nice to Have:

• Qualifications in adult education or assessor certification.

• Valid advanced fire protection certificate.

• Valid OPITO course certificates such as AMA, ITSO, FRC Boatman, FRC Coxswain.

• Valid Advanced Maritime Lifeguard certificate.

• Monthly gross salary: PLN 8,000 – 10,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
