Vulcan Training & Consultancy is a leading training center specializing in preparing professionals to work in high-risk environments. As we expand our training offer in the field of electrical power engineering, we are looking for an experienced Technical Training Instructor BTT to deliver training in electrical installations, high and low voltage work, and cable handling.

Job Description:

As a Technical Training Instructor BTT, you will be responsible for conducting theoretical and practical classes in the field of electrical power installations, including safety issues, work under voltage, and cable operation. You will support participants during demanding exercises and ensure that all safety procedures are strictly followed.
We offer both full-time and part-time employment. The start date is flexible and can be agreed upon.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct theoretical and practical training in the field of HV/LV systems and cable work

• Supervise participants’ safety during practical sessions

• Mentor and support trainees during exercises

• Adapt training programs to meet clients’ operational needs

• Maintain high safety and quality standards during training

Requirements:

• Technical education – preferably in electrical or power engineering

• Professional experience working with electrical installations, HV/LV systems, and cables

• Valid SEP E and D authorizations (Polish electrical qualifications)

• Very good command of Polish and English (German is an advantage)

• Good physical condition enabling participation in practical training activities

Nice to Have:

• Previous instructor/trainer experience or willingness to gain it

• Certificates confirming training or coaching qualifications

• Experience in the energy, industrial, or offshore sector
